The Alarm.com SVR122 is a streaming video recorder that can be used with Alarm.com Video Services. You can connect up to 8 Alarm.com Video Cameras. The SVR122 can record and store footage locally with its 1TB built-in hard drive. It can also interface with the Alarm.com servers so that you can view the cameras attached to it via your Alarm.com app. You can also view live or recorded footage locally by connecting a computer monitor or TV screen to the SVR by plugging in an HDMI cable. You can also plug in a mouse to the port on the SVR122 so that you can navigate its menus with the monitor hooked up. The SVR122 will continuously record footage until the hard drive is full. Once the hard drive is full the SVR122 will begin to delete the oldest footage first.

The SVR122 measures 3.5 x 3.5 x 5.8” and has an aesthetically pleasing design that fits into any modern home decor. The SVR can be used in environments with temperature ranges from -13⁰ to 158⁰F. The power adapter included with the SVR is a 12V 1.5A power adapter. The SVR records footage using the H.264 recording format. It also features a series of LEDs that help with status and troubleshooting. The LEDs on the front of the SVR122 will let you know if you are connected locally or if you are locally connected as well connected through the internet, and also if you have no connection at all. The LEDs on the back of the SVR will let you know if the hard drive is functioning normally and also how many cameras of the 8 available are being used.

The mini bullet camera is made for indoor or outdoor use. This is for use with the SVR. The camera is a color day / night camera and features full visibility during the day and up to 95 feet of night vision in total darkness. The picture during daylight operation provides a clear, crisp 1080P HD resolution. The camera also features an IR cut filter that will easily switch between day and night modes when the sensor detects a drop in the natural light. The recording format for the cameras is the H.264 format. The Mini Bullet also features motion detection capability that will allow it to take video snapshots, which get stored in your Alarm.com cloud when you set the camera to capture on motion events. 

The camera measures 2.76″ × 6.1″ and is weather and waterproof as it is built to the IP67 rating standard. The camera features a 4mm, F1.6 lens. You can also adjust some of the camera's picture features such as flip, brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, and exposure. You connect the camera using a CAT5 / CAT6 ethernet cable and the camera can use Power Over Ethernet if available, but if not you can use the included power adapter.

Indoor - Outdoor Dome Camera

 This is a dome camera that can be utilized in an indoor or outdoor setting. You will use this camera with the SVR. With these services, you can remotely view live footage of your property and get snapshots of still images.

The Dome Camera features a 2.8mm, F1.6 lens and a 108-degree angle of view which will let you see a good sized area all at once. The camera also features Pan, Tilt, and Rotation capabilities. You can pan the camera from 0 - 355 degrees. The tilt feature lets you tilt the camera from 0 - 75 degrees. And with the rotation feature, you can rotate the camera from 0 - 355 degrees. All of this can be done through your Alarm.com app. The Dome also has a high-resolution color day image and has a built-in IR cut-off filter to let the camera transition smoothly between day and night modes. In total darkness, the camera has night vision up to 98 feet. You can adjust image qualities with the Dome Camera including flip, brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, and
exposure.

The Dome has brilliant 1080p HD image resolution and it records in the H.264 recording format. The camera connects to a router or local network via CAT5 / CAT6 ethernet cable connection. The camera measures 4.4” x 3.2” and has a vandal-resistant outer casing. The casing of the camera is also weather and dust proof as per its IP67 rating. The camera can be used in temperatures ranging from -22°F – 140°F. 

The Alarm.com Thermostat can save energy automatically when no one's home, based on  your security system's arming status. It can also use Geo-Services to save energy when you go to work, and make things comfortable when you're on your way home again. 

On hot days, it knows the temperature outside and can turn itself down slightly to save you some money. It can even minimize waste when your kids leave the doors open.

VAULT.dimmer - Master Neutral Dimmers replace regular switches or dimmers to provide manual or automated control of on, off, and dimmer functionality across a wide variety of lighting loads, including LED and fluorescent. Additional functions, including scenes and events, can be accessed when integrated into Vault Controls, via the Smart Home App. Add a VAULT.dimmer - Accessory Neutral Dimmer for wireless 3-way control.

VAULT.dimmers can be implemented with no new wiring. The single-pole 3-way/4-way components use standard 120 Vac 60Hz house wiring (neutral wire required), and fit into standard wall boxes.

The VAULT.dimmer - Accessory Neutral Dimmers work with VAULT.dimmer - Master Neutral Dimmers to provide local or remote wireless on/off and brightness control of various lighting loads from multiple locations without 3-way wiring.

The VAULT.dimmer - Accessory Neutral Dimmers can be implemented with no new wiring. The 3-way components use standard 120 Vac 60Hz house wiring (neutral wire required), and fit into standard wall boxes.

Remotely issue On/Off/ and Dim/Brighten Z-Wave commands to connected devices with the GoControl Z-Wave 3-Way Wall Accessory Switch. The 3-Way Wall Accessory Switch works with load-bearing Z-Wave switches, outlets or other controlling device to create 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7-way Z-Wave control. Devices connected in a 3+ way setup can be controlled via its local switch, the load bearing switch/outlet/module it is connected to, the 3-Way accessory switch, or with a Z-Wave controller up to 100 feet away.

The VAULT.Switch Z-Wave On/Off Wall Switch replaces standard wall switches and enables both manual and Z-Wave remote control for connected lights. When the switch is integrated into a Z-Wave network controller, the light can be turned On/Off with a Z-Wave remote up to 130 feet. The switch supports incandescent loads up to 600 Watts, resistive loads up to 1800 Watts, as well as 3-way applications.

The switch has a field replaceable trim ring - the color of the device can be altered with the Trim Ring Kit model in black, brown and almond.

The Wall Switch also acts as a Z-Wave repeater to relay Z-Wave signals to their intended receiver. This strengthens and extends your Z-Wave network across your home.

The VAULT.outlet replaces regular duplex receptacles and provides local and automated wireless on and off control over one outlet.  These outlets can be manually controlled and remotely controlled through Vault Controls, via the Smart Home App.
